Our gardening specialists carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. During peak seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two reliable shipping options to serve our global gardening community:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Philosophy

As horticultural specialists, we handle returns with the same care we give our rare perennials. Our policy balances your gardening needs with the protection of our delicate plant specimens.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, live plants cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. This includes all botanical categories from our menu:

  • Actaea
  • Agastache
  • Allium
  • Amsonia
  • Anemone
  • Aquilegia
  • And all other live plant categories

Eligible Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for:

  • Non-perishable gardening accessories (e.g., Berry Boxes)
  • Unopened plant care products
  • Undamaged antique gardening tools
  • Items in original packaging with tags attached

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Photos of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Your preference (exchange or refund)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our plant specialists will review your request within 2 business days and email:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (based on your location)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely and include:

  • The original packing slip
  • Return authorization number

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Appearance: May take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed, using your preferred shipping method.

  • Damaged in Transit: We’ll replace or refund damaged items – no return required
