A ‘party’ because of the abundant showy clusters of big, old-fashioned 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 inch double blooms of deep pink and ‘hardy’ because it breezes through Zone 3 winters without winter protection. Abundant green foliage fills the slightly spreading shrubs from top to bottom. Bred in Canada, this rose not only thrives in very cold climates, but it actually prefers those conditions.
